Common questions

I didn’t get my sign-in code. Check the number, wait 30 seconds and tap “Send a new code”. Codes go by text message, so the phone needs mobile service.

How do I join my team? Ask your manager to invite your phone number. Then sign in with that number and tap Join.

How do I start a company? Sign in, add your name, and tap “Create a company”. You’ll be its owner and can invite your reps.

A pin didn’t save. Pins are kept on your phone and sent when you have signal. The map shows how many are waiting.

How do I delete my account? In the app, open Settings and tap Delete account.
